For one thing, I’m a bit erratic, life tends to take over and I just leave the blog for another day, and then another and another…
I also worry about what I should be writing, is this a personal diary, or is it meant to be more informational. When I set it up I’m not really sure I had a clear idea what I wanted from this.
Then there is the fact I am a total technophobe! I have just discovered I have a list of spam comments which I had to go through and sort out for this blog, I thought all the comments I had got from friends which I had to approve were it, so these fifty odd new ones came as a bit of a shock.
And what the hell does it mean when it tells me I’ve been ‘pinged’? In my day it meant someone had got you with an elastic band from the back of the classroom! Is it good or bad nowadays?
I think, at the age of fifty, I have finally reached old age, and really need the help of someone younger just to cope with the new technology. 
What has brought all this on is I have discovered a site called PayPerPost, and they pay you to blog basically. So I joined up, thinking “Hey I could do with a bit of extra income!”.
Then they tell me I have to attach a ‘code’ to my blogs ‘HTML’ for my readers to see, and I don’t have clue what they are talking about. HEY! I’m a user, not an abuser! If I can’t get my comp to work I cry, I scream, I go eat Ben and Jerrie’s! I don’t have a clue how the damn thing works, it’s a machine, and that is outside of my comfort zone! And they said it was easy. Easy for whom? I ask!
So it looks like it is just going to be you, me and WordPress for the time being.
